Refund policy
Please allow 5-7 business days for you order to arrive as each item is made to order.
We have a 30-day replacement policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a reprint/replacement.
To request a reprint/replacement, please contact us at info@3bridgesapparel.com and include a photo of the entire item and a photo of the issue. From there will move to address the problem as soon as possible.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received your photos and send a refund once the issues have been reviewed and you request a refund in lieu of a reprint/replacement. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
